"SINA DOTHAK" A CSR Project for Children Home - Aththidiya

Sina Dothak Project was organized and conducted on 13th of July 2015 by one of the groups of students of the University of Vocational Technology under the guidance and the supervision of the lecturer Ms. N.L.B Oshadi. The target group of this project was the girls of the Sri Yashodaradewi Girl’s Home, Attidiya, Ratmalana. This was a private girls’ home and managing by the Rev. Mahagoda Sumeththa (Loku Maniyo) 

There were about 25 girls and participated about 18 girls with our project. We did so many things for their enjoyment on that day. For example, we did small games, drew arts by using MS Paint software, made ambaralla and weralu achcharu, sang songs etc. However, we spent whole day with them. Not only that but also we provided king coconut water to reduce their thirsty, and donated stationary as the gifts for them. We also provided Pirikara for the Loku Maniyo. We also felt very happy after read their feedback about our project..
